When you draw from the Well, you return with more than water — you return with wisdom.

You’ll arrive in the early evening with time to get settled and grounded. We’ll provide a nourishing family-style meal to welcome you.

That first evening, we’ll come together as a group to meet one another, set shared agreements for our time together, and walk through the schedule. We’ll also begin with a group practice to set the intention for the refuge.

Each morning begins with gentle movement—ideally outdoors—followed by a wholesome breakfast. From there, we’ll move into group and individual activities connected to the event’s theme.

Lunch will feature fresh, seasonal foods whenever possible.

In the afternoons, you might engage in movement, creative practices, reflective solo time, or one-on-one sessions with the Well Keepers. Dinner is typically served family-style.

The theme is woven throughout the event, deepening your experience. Time for reflection and integration is thoughtfully built into the flow of our time together, so you can pause, process, and carry what matters forward.

While some of these questions are tailorded to the upcoming retreat, you may find the answers you seek.
